AustralGIS Inc. is a Firm service provider based in Beaconsfield, Quebec, specializing in geospatial data management and open-source GIS solution development. We help clients across the Americas, Oceania, and Europe with GIS project management, spatial data processing, and turnkey training focused on QGIS, PostGIS, Qfield, Geoserver, FME, and relational database modeling. Since 2019, we have delivered cartography, satellite imagery analysis, Lidar processing, and custom web mapping workflows using GeoServer, Python, and SQL

Who We Are

AustralGIS Inc. is a Canadian geospatial consultancy. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Beaconsfield, Quebec. Our team is small and specialized. We focus on open-source GIS technologies and spatial data engineering. We serve clients across the Americas, Oceania, and Europe.

What We Do

We provide five core services.

GIS Project Management — We manage geospatial data projects from start to finish. This includes requirements gathering, delivery, and ongoing support.
Spatial Data Processing — We handle short- and long-term processing needs. Our work covers raster analysis, satellite imagery, and Lidar point clouds.
Database Design — We design and model spatial databases. Our core tools are PostGIS and SpatiaLite.
GIS Training — We deliver turnkey training programs. Teams learn QGIS, FME, and database modeling. As a result, they become self-sufficient in open-source workflows.
Cartography and Web Mapping — We produce maps and custom web mapping solutions. We build these with GeoServer and related open-source tools.
