Ange H. P. KOTIN holds a master’s degree in geomatics and spatial modeling from Aix-Marseille University. Also specializing in forestry and natural resource management (master’s level), he works with GIS, remote sensing, and spatial analysis for environmental monitoring and land-use planning. He is interested in open-source geospatial tools and develops extensions for QGIS.
