I am an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software engineering, IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and risk management. Over the years, I have worked across academia, public administration, and the private sector, focusing on the design, development, and integration of innovative software solutions and IT systems that improve operational efficiency and support digital evolution.
I started my career as a business applications developer, working on geospatial and municipal management software. From 2008 to March 2025, I served as a researcher at SUPSI within the Geomatics Division of the Institute of Earth Sciences. During this period, I contributed to the development of web applications, geospatial services, and digital platforms for both local and international research projects.
In parallel, I joined TDM SA in a part-time role before transitioning to my current position as Head of IT Development and Digital Integration. At TDM, I oversee IT infrastructure, network and server administration, cybersecurity, and the development of software solutions supporting warehouse management, production, assembly, supply chain operations, and customer order management. TDM specializes in the design and manufacturing of high-frequency motor spindles for industries including aerospace, automotive, and watchmaking.
Since March 2025, I have also been working as an IT Consultant and Software Engineering specialist at IAS – Istituto delle Assicurazioni Sociali within the Internal Control and Risk Management Service. In this role, I provide IT consulting, software engineering expertise, and support for risk management, internal control processes, compliance initiatives, and the digitalization of institutional workflows.
My professional journey has been driven by a passion for innovation, digital transformation, secure and efficient IT systems, and the continuous improvement of organizational processes through technology.
