Venkat Kondepati is a seasoned GIS and cloud architecture leader with 24+ years of experience across Utilities, Energy, Transportation, and Finance. He has modernized enterprise GIS platforms, integrated them with SAP, Maximo, and SCADA, and built secure, high-availability solutions in multi-cloud environments. Venkat has led cloud-native data engineering projects using Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, and real-time pipelines, enabling scalable analytics and governance. He drives GenAI adoption using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector search for intelligent document analysis. As a full-stack leader, he’s delivered microservices-based applications with .NET, Python, React, and Kubernetes. He also architects Customer IAM platforms using Okta, ForgeRock, and AWS Cognito with RBAC/ABAC and SSO. His work consistently delivers business impact, security, and transformation at scale.
