Biography
Gaurav Khairnar is Project Scientist, currently affiliated with the Indian National Center for Ocean Information Services, Hyderabad, India. His research focuses on coastal vulnerability, environmental monitoring with a particular interest in impact-based analysis. Gaurav holds a Master of Technology degree from NIT Allahabad. He has been involved in several interdisciplinary projects addressing coastal hazard assessment, environmental data analysis, geospatial automation processing etc.
In his recent work, Gaurav has been exploring the identification of evacuation routes and evacuation timing, contributing to improved understanding of tsunami preparedness and planning.
