I’m a technical leader and instructor leading the development and deployment of FOSS4G-based systems. I have degrees in geography and information engineering, and over 20 years of in-depth practical experience across all areas of GIS, including programming, project management, and system architecture.
Currently, I regularly provide consulting and developer/user training for the implementation of open-source GIS solutions optimized for government systems. I am particularly focused on transferring FOSS4G application know-how in complex public system environments, and I am deeply interested in the use and education of FOSS4G, which contributes to addressing pressing challenges such as carbon neutrality and green growth.
