There will be two half day workshops on FOSS4G topics on April 19th, 2010 during the WAURISA conference in Tacoma, WA, USA (April 19th-21st, 2010):
http://www.waurisa.org/conferences/2010/Workshops.html
- Open Source Tools for Spatial Analysis and Geoprocessing on the Desktop (Karsten Vennemann - Terra GIS Ltd. and the "Cascadia Users of Geospatial Open Source" group)
- Using A Free and Open Source Geospatial Stack (Mike Pumphrey - Outreach Engineer, OpenGeo)
The conference will also be of interest to more advanced users and developers of FOSS4G since it will most likely host a substantial number of talks related to OS GIS (Last years conference had 10+ FOSS related presentations out of 60 or so and had it's own OS presentation track.)
Tyler Mitchell is also leading an open source panel of talks along with several others friends of OSGeo.
